# Criminal Rules

### **Kill or Rob**

The Woods WL is a kill or rob city. You may choose to either kill a player or rob them, but not both within the same interaction.

If a player is fully downed, they may not be robbed. If you intend to rob, the player must remain conscious so the situation can continue through roleplay.

***

### **Targeting**

Targeting or repeatedly going after the same player or group without a valid roleplay reason is not allowed.

All hostile actions must be justified through roleplay. Random beef, personal dislike, or profit-based reasoning alone is not valid.

***

### **Hostages**

Hostages must be taken through force and proper roleplay. Asking someone to be a hostage is not valid interaction.

Hostages are expected to value their life and comply. They may not be used to force unrealistic or excessive demands, and each hostage is limited to reasonable negotiation value.

***

### **Robbing**

Robberies require meaningful interaction and a valid reason. You must establish a proper scenario before taking any items.

Only items on a player’s person may be taken. You may not force transfers, access private storage, or take items tied to real-money purchases.

***

### **Scamming**

Scamming is allowed within reason but must remain controlled. Extremely high-value scams or those involving real-money items are not permitted.

All scams must still follow roleplay standards and should not be used to bypass interaction or fairness.

***

### **Vehicle Use in Crime**

Vehicles such as motorcycles, dirt bikes, or mini imports may not be used for major criminal activity or as primary getaway vehicles.

These vehicles are limited to general use and should not be used to gain an unrealistic advantage.

***

### **Appearance Changes**

Players may not drastically change their appearance to avoid law enforcement or active situations.

Minor changes such as clothing or hairstyles are allowed, but full identity changes to escape consequences are not.

***

### **Heist Participation Limits**

Heists and large-scale robberies are limited to a set number of participants. Anyone directly involved counts toward this limit.

Players may not linger nearby or join situations after they have already begun.

***

### **Hitman Roleplay**

Hitman-for-hire roleplay is not allowed.

This type of roleplay leads to low-quality interactions and is not supported within the server.

***

### **Shooting from Vehicles**

Shooting from vehicles is restricted to disabling purposes only.

Players must exit their vehicle before engaging in any lethal gunfight. Vehicle combat should not be used to avoid proper interaction.

***

### **Vehicle Interaction Rules**

Players may defend their vehicle immediately if it is being tampered with or accessed.

Using vehicles to force interactions, such as ramming to initiate roleplay, is not allowed.

***

### **Drug Activity**

Drug-related activity must follow intended mechanics and systems.

Manipulating NPCs or using unintended methods to gain advantage will be treated as exploiting.
